ABOUT Webgirl

Webgirl Consulting is an Australian digital consultancy specialising in websites and online solutions that are practical, well considered and built to last.

Founded by Kristin Sinclair in 2009, Webgirl works with organisations to plan, design, develop and improve their digital presence – from new website builds and complex redevelopment projects through to ongoing technical support, maintenance and digital strategy.

We take a collaborative approach to every project, working with a trusted team of experienced UX designers, developers and digital specialists. This gives our clients access to the right expertise for each project while retaining a direct, hands-on relationship with the people doing the work.

Webgirl has particular experience working with not-for-profit, membership, co-operative, education, fundraising and purpose-led organisations. We understand that websites in these sectors often need to serve multiple audiences, manage substantial amounts of content and functionality, integrate with existing systems, and remain straightforward for internal teams to manage.

Our approach combines technical expertise with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, performance and long-term maintainability. We don’t simply build to a set of designs – we consider how a website needs to work in practice, across different devices, content types and changing organisational needs.

ABOUT KRISTIN SINCLAIR 

Webgirl Consulting is led by Kristin Sinclair, who has worked in digital for 30 years and has been involved in the planning, production, implementation and ongoing management of more than 100 websites.

Her experience spans digital strategy, website production, technical project management and large-scale online systems. Earlier in her career, Kristin worked on major digital projects including online ticketing for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Since founding Webgirl Consulting, her work has ranged from complex website redevelopment projects to long-term digital partnerships with organisations across Australia.

Kristin remains directly involved in every Webgirl project, working closely with clients and the project team from initial scoping and planning through to development, delivery and ongoing support.

Webgirl Consulting was established in 2009 and incorporated as Webgirl Consulting Pty Ltd in July 2025, continuing more than 15 years of established client relationships and project experience.
